Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely happy you can always return your items to us. Returns should be done within 14 days after receiving the products.
- Send us an email to returns@madlady.co.uk where you mention your name, order number and reason for return.
- You should according to the agreement with Mad Lady send the goods back to the following return address.
Include your order # on the outside of the package.

1. Note that all returned products must be unused, unwashed and with the tags attached (you can always try the clothes and jewelry on you). For hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery, underwear or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed.
2. You are responsible for any return costs, initial shipping costs and ensuring that your shipment will arrive. - Return Processing
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. We will notify you by email when the refund has been done. If the original payment was done with a credit- or bank card we will make a transaction back to your account, please note that the banking institution may require additional typically 3-5 banking days to process the refund. If the original payment was done by PayPal, the refund transaction will be processed within 48 hours and refunded back to your PayPal-account.
Note that shipping is non refundable and is paid seperately on each order.
- Exchange

If you wish to exchange one or more products from your original order, then you can just return the unwanted products (following the same steps as for a regular return). Note that shipping is non refundable and is paid seperately on each order.
- Non-Refundable Items
- Credit will not be issued for the following:
- All items purchased on sale
- bodysuits or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed
- Vintage items including the Tribalia jewelry collection
- Unclaimed packages & incorrect address
It is important that you pick up your package. If the package is not picked up and is returned to us it is not covered by the return policy. We will charge you 17£ to cover our expenses for administration, shipping and return shipping. On your postal notice, you can see how long your package will remain before it is returned.
As a customer you are responsible for informing us the correct shipping address. You should always check your order confirmation email so that the shipping address is correctly filled out. Packages that are returned to us because of a wrong/unknown address are seen as unclaimed packages (read the above). We are not responsible for packages that are shipped to a wrong address if you did not inform us in time (we ship within 48 hours after order) and are not returned to us. Therefor we can also not refund you but will do our best to help you to track your package.
