Delivery and Shipping

- Our orders are sent with the Swedish postal services. Your parcel will be delivered directly to your mail box or the nearest local post office (normally you get a notice where your parcel is located via sms, e-mail or post).
- Free Shipping
- If you order merchandise for over 100€ the shipping is for free! This applies to all destinations.
- When is it shipped?

Most orders ship within 2 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays. Count with longer delivery around holidays. Mad Lady does not compensate for any delays.
When we ship your order you will receive an email confirmation with the shipping details to the email address you entered on your order. If you for some reason did not receive an email, check your spam folder and if you spelled the email correctly when you placed the order. Contact us at info@madlady.co.uk otherwise.

- All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of you as a customer. Custom authorities require that the value of the goods should be stated on the package. It is the custom agents responsibility to control the value and in some rare occasions custom agents can delay the delivery.
- Unclaimed packages & incorrect address
It is important that you pick up your package. If the package is not picked up and is returned to us it is not covered by the return policy. We will charge you 15€ to cover our expenses for administration, shipping and return shipping. On your postal notice, you can see how long your package will remain before it is returned.
As a customer you are responsible for informing us the correct shipping address. You should always check your order confirmation email so that the shipping address is correctly filled out. Packages that are returned to us because of a wrong/unknown address are seen as unclaimed packages (read the above). We are not responsible for packages that are shipped to a wrong address if you did not inform us in time (we ship within 48 hours after order) and are not returned to us. Therefor we can also not refund you but will do our best to help you to track your package.
