- To make purchases at Mad Lady, you must be 18 or have parental consent. Mad Lady disclaims any typographical errors, errors in information and errors in the specification of all products and services. All photos of products are mere illustrations and it is not guaranteed that these depict the exact look or features of the merchandise.
The prices on Mad Lady are shown in EUR, USD and GBP, all of which include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
At all times, the consumer has the right to contact Mad Lady for help with complaints, withdrawal and other assistance related to purchase or order. Inquiries sent on non-holiday Monday through Friday relating to actual purchases or orders shall be answered within 24 hours from receipt of the inquiry. If the matter can not be answered within 24 hours, the consumer ought to be informed about the cause of the late reply and when his/her inquiry will be answered.

- Delivery Damages
- If a product from Mad Lady is damaged during transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden, it must be reported immediately to Mad Lady within 7 days from the date you received your delivery.
- Return and Refund
- We want to keep you happy as a customer and if you are not happy with a product you can always return it back and exchange it for another product. Read all you need to know about returns and exchange here.

If you wish to complain about a product, you should always contact us or send an e-mail to info@madlady.co.uk.
You should be in agreement with Mad Lady to send back the goods to the following return address and be responsible for any return costs and ensure that your shipment will arrive. Customer is entitled to receive shipping refund in valid cases. Read here how to do a return and get a refund.
- Warranty
- All warranties are determined by our vendors and suppliers. Since we are a Swedish company we comply to the Swedish law (1990:932) and returns within 6 months from purchasing date are handled according to the law. - Handling of personal information

- Violation of personal account
- In case of fraud or any other violation of Mad Lady´s, services, Chimpex HB has the right to deny users of the services available. In serious cases a police report will be processed.
